I'm looking for candidates with open source GIS and database experience - any recommendations as to the best place to post job openings that this community will see?  I've posted on gjc.org ( http://www.gjc.org/gjc-cgi/showjob.pl?id=1197305252 ) but I'm not reaching the right audience.

At least you're not alone. A few people have told me they have trouble
finding people with those skills.

I know a really strong programmer who knows the
postgis/mapserver/geoserver stack well.  I can't speak highly enough of
him as an architect and developer.  Last year he and I built
http://www.geonomy.com for fun.  He did all the coding.  Name is Scott
Melby, his email is [hidden email].
