Is there a book or manual for RCAS

Is there a manual or a book of rules for RCA issues. If there is not I think there should be

I dont know of any book..but everything I have ever wanted to find..is over to the left
<<<<<<<<<<<<<< see the tab that says RCAs and subs? I think almost anything you ever want to reference can be found there...if you are looking for something specific...and cant find it...usually we can help and either link you the document...or point you in the right direction to find it.

I used the tab to the left and lost my grievence. It says you have to be asked to move from 3rd to second on the matrix. I wasn't supervisior moved me on her own. Then she redid the matrix and told me i wasn't allowed to move because i had two 2nd positions. Filed a grievence and he told me  2 bad.. One thing for sure im keeping my union dues and advise all rcas to really think what has this union done for us?  Insurance? Vacation?  Job security?  Same answer you always get is well it pays good... Yeah but any job you been at for 5-10s you would have something even if its a sat. off. Fed Up
