Instructions to hook up to OpenTick

Hi,

I'm happy to hear that version 0.9 is now ready to be connected to Opentick.

However, I can't seem to find any instructions on how to do so online, other than the mention
of a plug-in in your release notes.

Henry,

The market data adapters are not something that we distribute as part
of our open source project. I'm copying Brian Roberti, who's in charge
of Sales for Marketcetera, and you can speak with him about getting
access to the OpenTick plugin.
