Improved GTKSourceView 2.0 Eiffel Support

Hello everyone,

as I'm coding in gedit which uses the gtksourceview-control (2.0), I
constantly improved the delivered eiffel.lang
(in /usr/share/gtksourceview-2.0/language-specs/).
Before I submit it to the guys from gnome I thought I'd put it here
first so anybody interested can test. I'm sure there are some problems
left that I just didn't see with my sources, so I'd be glad if people
could test it first and report problems back to me.

Sorry, I didn't know I was _that_ tired :-|

I didn't even give a description what the eiffel.lang actually does..
Well, it just provides syntax highlighting in every editor which uses
the gtksourceview-2.0 widget/control. For that you just have to copy it
to /usr/share/gtksourceview-2.0/language-specs
I don't know if it will work with version 1.0 because I have no editor
to test.

Sorry, I had an exam today and my brain does weird things after a bit of
