IRC down ?

Since some days irc.freenode.net is down. I am missing my short talks with
you, have I missed something, has something changed ?. I think I am not up
to date.

and seem to be connected with no problems

Found the problem, irc.freenode.net has stopped accepting connections from
mibbit. (They had some problems with this client).

One can use

http://webchat.freenode.net 

instead
