I need a hug

I really do need a big hug today, I have been medically retired boho I will really miss all my lovely volunteers (most of them) and customers, BUT Im not going to be in pain after work anymore., I suppose I have to have some backbone now filling in forms, any advice will be welcomed.

I can't think of any advice at the moment - except DON'T FEEL GUILTY (it's a waste of energy, and I should know). I just felt I needed to get the hugs in quick as it seemed like you need them

Hi Wendy

I'm sending a big hug too, yes you'll miss your colleagues and your customers but the benefits will far outweigh all that, I'm sure you will feel tons better for it.

Wendy, I know it's a big step for you but you will be so glad you did it.
Having Fibro is a full time job in itself. Now you'll be able to enjoy all the things that have been a  burden for you.  The bonus to this is that it's more likely that Joo and I can descend on you for days out....or in making jewellery. You'll adjust .... just keep as active as you can so that you don't seize up.

Graham thanks it does make me feel better, its like a weight lifted off my shoulders, and I didn't realise that it was a weight off Steve's shoulders too as he saw the pain i was in when I got home.
Heather I will no dought be ringing you often I have just got a sick note for a month from my Dr who was also pleased I had given up, bless him he said whatever i decide to do he will back me up 100%.
My lovely Buffy, you are welcome to come over whenever you like, I will probably need a shoulder and I know what a good agony aunt you can be!!!! thank you
