If you hate breakfast (like half of America) then you need something that is easy and pre made.  If you haven't considered it already....Try eating a protein bar with a piece of fruit in the morning.  Pick fruits that are citrus (orange or grapefruit) or a peach, nectarine, or plum.  These tend to be lower in sugar and high in fiber.
