How to show the small icons for the document actions (and not the text)

Hello Everyone,

I want to show the small icons for the document actions (to show mail_icon.gif and not the text "Send to").

This is how i proceed:

1. go to /portal_actions/document_actions/sendto
2. i put:
I18n Domain: Plone
URL (Expression) : string:$portal_url/mail_icon.gif  
Icon (Expression) : blank
Condition (Expression): blank
3. save the changes

But, the words "Send to" are still shown instead of an icon. What's missing?
