How to request a graphic!!!

When requesting for a graphic, fill this form and post it in this forum. Entitle your post like this:
Graphic request - your name

1. Choose 1 image that you want to have included in your graphic. A knight, for example.
2. Choose the theme of your image. e.g. ice, fire, wind, sand, clouds, mystical, etc, etc...
3. Do you want your name included with your graphic? Yes or No.
4. Do you want a logo or a slogan under your name? What will it say? (about 1 sentence)
5. Also tell us what image will be for, (a forum signature, a cover of some sort, a card, a poster...) so that we can size the image correctly.
