How-to read documentation

Hi,

I was doing some brainstorming on documentation, and then came across
this old how-to which I wrote way back:

  http://plone.org/documentation/how-to/read-documentation

It's starred on plone.org, but it's really out of date, pointing to old
AT docs, for example, that no longer exists.

I think we should clean it up or else make it obsolete, as it's probably
just causing confusion.

I retracted it for now. If someone wants to volunteer to clean it up,
that would be great. I think this is pretty similar to something
Israel was working on but has not yet published?

IMO the redesign of the documentation area should be so good that we
don't need such a howto. :)
