hi... i just want to ask how can i fix this problem.

i sent a money through this pesoepadala but unluckily after I sent the payment to pesoepadala bank account they replied that Cebuana is currently not available but I already deposited the amount.

How to re-route a failed transaction?

Any help on this topic will do...
