How to create a personnal folder to Add favorites

Hello Everyone,

I added in the personnal bar "My Favorites" & "Add to my favorites".
(I display them thanks to ZMI/portal_actions/site_actions)

I log in, & when i want to add a favorite, i have an error message telling me that i need a personnal folder, i tried and i don't manage to create a personnal folder to put the favorite. Do you know how i can create a personnal folder for every user?
