it's really 'not that a normal user disables his / her task manger or registry', right? someone recently asked us how come he wasn't able to add a binary to his registry to proceed with the Y!m multilog-in tut. the answer could be that he recently encountered a generic virus that alters the configuration of either the registry editor, task manger, folder options, and sometimes all of the three mentioned. that is why we post it as another tut, for others to see how to navigate around the group policy window (gpedit.msc), it's all there actually, right? so we cater that for those who's eager to learn more. and oh, i almost have forgotten, he actually asked how come he cannot interact with his own task manger? was it there? 'yes'... but was appearing faded or grayscale, i guess...
