How do I add more Moderators?

I want to add someone to my Moderator list for the forums on my site but I don't see where the option is.

Also here is the forum link. Click this. the member I want to be made a mod is Akina Tatsumi but it's not working...

This option is under "Options > Users > Who are members?". Add that user to the list and click on the "Is Admin" check box close to his/her user name.

I don't think he wants to make them a admin just a mod which is a step below admins. I think a group labeled moderators needs to be added and have special qualites for both admin and mods.

Well I type in the name and it says
Could not find user: "Akina Tatsumi".

Are you sure this user is registered? If yes, could you post a link to his/her profile or any post he/she has made on Nabble?
