Hi Netty, you and me both kid on the awol front - or maybe more like missing in action eh? Sorry to hear you've been having probs and like Elaine sez, cd's, noise in your ear etc is a very good thing when you need to settle and calm yourself, it takes you 'inside' your own thoughts and makes you concentrate on just one thing - essential when panicking! Don't forget
http://www.nopanic.org.uk/enterframepage.htm who were so fantastic for me - they do a home phone conference type meeting with other sufferers once a week (for about 10 weeks or so?) and you work from a self help guide they send you when you join (I used to pay a tenner a year) It was the way up for me and I still use teqniques they taught me although in hindsight, having something done about my iron levels would have helped me too so check yours with your GP - being a mum and all that rushing around doesn't help - and some of the symptoms can be similar to panic attacks. Oh yes..... and a BIG lesson to learn is how to breathe correctly - stop breathing from your upper chest - ring me and I'll explain if you don't know how!!!
Well done to Tash for being the star helper, bet she's getting extra hugs for that
