Help !! Fibro Treatment

I am putting together a list of Treatments, Clinics, Hospitals,  Alteratives etc of Fibro treatments that sufferers have found worked for them. I plan to use this to hand to newly dignosed members of our Support Group ( 70 on our database )  We are having more and more people refered to us Via NHS. They only info they are given is THE leaflet and our details Grrrrrr  (  not changed much has it ? )  

If you have any treatment that has worked for you would you mind passing it on to me so as I can add it. Distance isn't a problem as it seems suffers are willing to travel and pay to get help.

Hi Joy you are doing a good job, I'm taking Amitryptalin, they work wonders for me, BUT it took about 8 weeks for me to get used to them you really have to percivier  with them im now on 50mg a day.a good bit of advice is, if your local hospital do the Physio course(ours was 6 weeks) go on it its one of the best things I did.
