At the moment I maintain the script for creating the handbooks on my own
computer and post the latest code on my website whenever I get around to
it.
Would anyone be opposed to me uploading the code to the repository
instead? The reason I have avoided this in the past is it has a number
of dependences: Python, Pisa, ReportLab, etc. The advantage would be
easier access for other people and would be easier for me to keep the
public version up-to-date. If I left it out of the CMake build process
it wouldn't add dependences for those who are not interested.
