Group Track/Testing Days - Cars/Bikes/Karts/Superkarts...splitting costs??

Hi,

We are a small (4-5) 250cc superkart team from Idaho looking to do some testing at the Grass Valley track. Normally, we do our testing on open track days at the Reno/Fernley track for about $80 per driver for the day. We'd love to come try out the new track and get some much needed testing done, but the track rental costs are a bit prohibitive currently.  It's usually lots more wrench time than driving time for us. We can split time with cars, and/or run with or split time with bikes/other karts.

Any chance we could group together with others on an open day to run and  drive down costs?

I would suggest you contact one of the groups that are currently renting the facility and see if they can include you in their event. You might try Palatov Motorsports, or one of the other groups listed on our calendar.
