Hello everyone,

I' m giving GIS lessons using GRASS. Many of my students, some postgraduate students, as well as a couple of partners at other academic institutes would like to translate GRASS in Greek, so I decided to get involved (as part of a team).

Our plan is to start from the GRASS translation glossary and then proceed with the messages.

Firstly, I would like to announce our intention to do so and then call any Greek-speaking GIS specialist (or researcher) to participate in the upcoming discussion for the appropriate terminology (most of the terms of geo - informatics are used in English).

You are welcome to the project!
