Wonder if this could be used in the next-edition Jx to reduce download
time?  If you're compiling into one lib... maybe not.

This would be an option for including the base Prototype/Scriptaculous  
or Mootools library I think.  It wouldn't work for everyone but it  
would work in a lot of cases.  It would also be nice if OpenLayers was  
in the list ;)
