It has been a long winter, but let's another go at an OSGEO-Boston
meeting. I would like to offer up the Traverse offices downtown next
to the Park Street T, unless Allan would like to offer the MIT Museum
again (for those without visas to leave Cambridge).

First proposal: Wednesday, May 21 @ 7pm

Discussion topics:

What's up with map tiling?
GeoRSS roadmap
What's up with OLPS and maps?
What's up with iPhone and maps?
Rest, ROA, SOA, Soh-Cah-Toa, ....
Viewing of CGDI Pilot video

Chime in if you might be able to make it or would prefer another date.

Cheers,

Josh

Hi all
I'm relatively new to Boston - arrived last year. Mostly a database developer but have done some playing around with PostGIS and Openlayers.

Looking forward to hearing what everyone's up to - May 21 works for me!

Best,

Greg

A good idea;  it's been a bit too quiet on this list.

For what it's worth, the Boston Linux User's Group (BLU) usually meets
at MIT on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  They're a very
knowledgeable, friendly group, and actually post some of their meeting
notes on their website (http://blu.org/).  I don't know offhand of any
time conflict with the 4th Wednesday (May 28), but YMMV.
