The current harvester can specify only that CSW 2.0 is being applied. This
must be clarified and extended to support access into the two primary
profiles of CSW: AP ISO, which uses ISO 19115/TS19139 and ebRIM
Application Profile that uses a meta-meta-model to manage selected
metadata and potentially point to full metadata. Use of an ISO metadata
"extension package" is also a recommended practice on ebRIM, but
implementation is not widespread.
Specific support for CSW 2.0.2 AP ISO 1.0 is recommended for selection in
GeoNetwork harvest management, with the full ISO metadata getting loaded
for search.
