Ann Marie,
I love this! I think its a great tool for us. Thank you for getting (mostly me) into the 21st century!
As for Gallery 43:
Our first lesson is going to be a great one: Self portraits done in oil pastels and watercolors.
Right now I am looking for a cheap supply, hopefully wholesale, of oil pastels as the student already have their own watercolors. So if anyone out there has a contact, please let me know.
Also in the works is the room redecoration. Alix has a friend that is going to stop by on Tues morning, the 2nd, to look at the walls and let us know if we are going to need cleaning, primer, how much paint, etc. Thank you Alix! We batted around a "golden rod"-type color for just one or two walls. So if you would like to bring paint color samples on Tues, we'll check them out and consider everyones input. We want to keep the color application small and neutral as not to interfere with artwork. After students make their portraits, we will hang these on the wall for decoration like wall paper.
