Google found the files at

But I wonder if this is still relevant?  It's very old now, and  
although I haven't used this tutorial
myself, I'm guessing that it could cause confusion due to the  
differences between GRASS in 1996 and now.

I've commented it out in that web page for now.

The mailing list archives tell me it went missing once before, in  
2001.  Perhaps it has been a dead link ever since then, I'm not sure  
(?!).
