[GRASS-web] GRASS download for OpenSUSE

Hi,

can you move the OpenSUSE repository from stable to testing?

With the OpenSUSE build server we create packages only for one specific GRASS
version. Older versions are removed (overwritten), so since April we no longer
provide 6.2.x packages at that repository but 6.3.0 now.
