Hi All,

We've translated GRASS Tutorial into Russian sometime ago (started Dec, 2007), and we've
started translating/updating Russian i18n files at the same time. It
is 50% finished and we'd like to post it somewhere to reflect changes. So few questions:

1. Is someone else busy with russian translation? if so I suggest to
join forces as we did with tutorial, worked good! (http://gis-lab.info/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2052)

2. I guess we're in situation now when some of the po-files are old, but
have more translated strings (new GRASS released since then). What should we
do? I guess I shouldn't rewrite current POs?

I'd appreciate any straightforward instructions. I looked at
http://grass.osgeo.org/devel/i18n.php, but I'm on Windows and I don't really understand where to start.

Thanks.
Maxim

You can send me your partially translated po files. I will update them
with current code, send you back so that you can continue translating an
updated version and I will also submit them to the repository.
