[GRASS translations] Portuguese translation - starting tonight.

Well, finally I got all system set up and got the po-files.
I'll start this evening. Unluckly, I got the spanish one, which is not
very complete...
I'll see if I get the sources and try to get the singulars from there...

I have right now merged new messages into all existing po files.
You can grab again the Spanish one from CVS, it should contain
more messages now.
