 When starting winGRASS, I get attached error in case that the location
 hasn't been created properly (see trac #703). It would be better to trap
 the error and stop GRASS rather than crash.

 Can you tell me what is wrong with your location so that I can duplicate
 it and see what kind of error this is?

 #703 was a different problem that was solved by a different error trapping
 routine.
