GETTING CHEATED ON GREEN CARD

JUST FOUND OUT MY SUPERVISOR (OF TEN MONTHS) HAS BEEN ROUNDING OFF GREEN CARD TIME, I.E. 2HOURS 5 MINUTES= 2 HOURS ON PAYCHECK, I CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT IT, HE CLAIMS HE ROUNDS UP SOME WEEKS AND DOWN SOME WEEKS, I TOLD HIM I WANT TO GET PAYED WHAT I WORK, NOT ROUNDED TIME, HE WANTS ME TO COME IN WITH HIM AFTER I AM DONE WITH MY ROUTE, AND CHECK ALL OF THE GREEN CARDS FOR THE TEN MONTHS HE HAS BEEN HERE, HE SAYS IF HE OVERPAID ME I NEED TO PAY IT BACK, DOES ANYONE THINK I SHOULD CALL UNION OR POSTAL INSPECTORS TO CHECK INTO IT, IF HE DID IT TO ME, THEN HE DID IT TO EVERYONE THERE, SO THOSE FIVE MINUTES HERE AND THERE, HAVE SURELY ADDED UP??

Yeah, file a grievance and call your state steward.  That is falsifying time cards.

If you sit down and go through the cards with him, it is green card time.

Is there an office steward?  If so, they can request copies of all green cards in the office, by the contract, for investigation of a possible class action grievance; management MUST comply with this request.

No office steweard--contact the next level, area or state steward.  They also have the right and authority to do the same thing.

Rounding of times is never, NEVER, to be done.  This is the same as working off the clock!

Personally, I wouldn't go over the cards with the supper, I would just file the grievance and let a steward handle the entire deal.

He is trying to bully you.  Call your steward today.  This could get this supervisor removed for falsifying time records.

thanks, i called the area steward, she suggest i clock in on green card a go over green cards, call her afterward with results, she is calling the state o.i.g to report him, that way everyone can get time cards reviewed and pay corrected, i just hope the supervisor doesn't walk away without a scratch.
