Daniel try'd sending this directly to CSS and it did not work I guess. He his the head chef from One World Cafe in SLC. His family was down here for Pumpkin Chuckin to cook for Moab Eats.
I talked with him about being the coordinator for the Food Co-Op that the Foodies are trying to find someone for. He already has many connections with local food producers from the events he as done in Moab over the last year. He is excited about the idea.
His family would like to move out here as soon as possible. So they are reaching out for a place to live and work. He would be a great asset in helping our community become more sustainable!

Greetings from, at this moment, Salt Lake City. My name is Daniel Sagetree. I have
heard a lot about CSS from Moab Eats folk and from others in the community. We ( my wife
and I) were told this would be a good place to try and find that which we are looking
for. We are planning on locating ourselves in Moab so that I can work as Head Chef for
Moab Eats. We would like to do this sooner than later. We will be in Moab throughout much
of November to see what may arise. So our main objectives are to find a living situation
and work to hold us over financially
until Moab Eats is open and I will be working there.
I have been working at One World in Salt Lake for the last 2 1/2 years so I have my
cooking skills to offer. My wife is a massage therapist. We have two delightful daughters
and love to be near other children. As well, all of us love to be in the dirt, practicing
and learning to live and live with, light. We like to be outside for work and for play.
We are knowledgable with wild medicine and edibles, and gardening. We like to make
buckskin. For fun, we
like to have fires and play music,sing,drum,and dance. We are always up for learning
anything to do with doing it yourself. We look forward to talking and meeting with anyone
