Fusion project information

Hi friends, we are GeoTux team and we want to publish a comparative table about some Web Mapping projects.

We want you to validate the following data which help us to have more accurate information about your project:
  • License: LGPL, BSD; MIT
  • Origin country: Canada, USA
  • Origin organization: AutoDesk; DM Soultions Group
  • Documentation:  
    • Languages: English
    • Formats: HTML, PDF
    • Levels: Users
  • OsGeo support: No
  • Programming language: Javascript, PHP
  • API language: Javascript, PHP
  • GeoServices support: WMS
  • Map server dependency: MapGuide Open Source, MapServer
  • Require privative plug-ins?: No
  • Include metadata component: Yes (Standards?)
  • GIS Data format support: (¿PostGIS, Shapefiles, Tiff, Img?)
  • Mailing lists: Yes (Users, developers)

Please help us, we'll send you soon the table link.

one really important item is that fusion uses openlayers as the base api

There is also commerical GUI, Autodesk Mapguide Studio which provides a
GUI editor for fusion layouts

Both MapGuide Open Source and Mapguide Enterprize are supported

incubation to be an official project, the trac and mailing-list are
hosted on OSGeo servers.
