In the past I have only used the fonts built into the XHTML2PDF
converter used for the handbook. However the built-in fonts do not
contain all the characters we now need.
Should I add copies of the necessary fonts to the repository? Is there a
way to list them as a dependency? Which is the best option?
I am currently using DejaVu Sans and DejaVu Serif for Russian. We will
also need more fonts in the future for Japanese and Arabic.
