When can we apply it? Has it been tested enough now so that we can

Today I'm gonna make some small adjustments regarding Silvia findings (
http://incubator.myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Skins/ColibriClean ) and then we
need a commiter :) to take a quick look and apply it.

The thing is that I've started to implement the action menu on top of
the cleaned colibri, if you want to review and potentialy modify
colibri.css I can provide you a patch containing both the cleaning and
the new action menus.
