Hello all,
my name is Buffy and I am admin for this new site.
I have been diagnosed for about 3 years but I've had pain since 1998.
I live with my 3 children, Jake(19), Rhys(17) and Rowena(12), they have been a great support and are very understanding.
I have 5 cats and a dog. I look after the cats and Rhys looks after the dog.
I hope this site proves to be useful.

Hi all my name is Gill (Honey)  i was told i had Fibro about three and a half years ago  after long suffering pain, i also have osteo Athritis  and spondolitis (sp) had it for years i think thats why Fibro took so long to diagnose
right a little about myself i am 52 years old have three grown up daughters  five grandchildren  which i love to bits  they keep me going a Hubby who  is very suportive and a cat Luckyhope to chat with you all

Hello Everyone   my name is marcie i am 49 and was diagnosed with Fibro 3 years ago, but i have had pain for years and was told i was bonkers there was nothing wrong with me grrrrrrrr

I now have arthritis in my knee and recently told i had a trapped nerve in my neck  had trapped nerves in my neck and wrists in the past, can't flipping move as i want  any more..
I live in Cyprus came here 15 years ago, many think the heat helps but not really, depends i suppose

Hi Im Wendy,diagnosed nearly three years ago, but like every one else been having pain for many years.
I live with my partner Steve, have two boys Mathew 23 and Joel 18 who have both fled the nest.
