Fed up today

Hi everyone, sorry again for not being on ere as often!! Much apologies.  Am really fed up today, just ache all over, and feel so tired.  Went out to see me mate, and thought that would cheer me up, and we went for a walk, but came back still fed up, and extremely tired.  Maybe its the weather too, it can't make up its mind!!!   Just feel on a real downer, don't know why!!!  Need cheering up, any suggestions???

Oh Minny, it must be the weather as I think we all are feeling the same, Its rotten as when we have a good day we are all guilty of doing loads then suffering the next day, we need to pace ourselves, but its not easy, I have loads of sympathy for you as you are a single parent too, does you son know about Fibro? Mine have left home now but I made sure all my lot knew about Fibro, it gives them a better understanding of what you are going through, so when I'm having a bad day they know why, I think I am very lucky with my family, I know of peeps who's family dont care, cheer up lovey.

Yeh my son does know Wendy, but he's only 12 and even tho i do tell him,don't think he fully understands, did go for a lie down earlier, but woke up with a stinkin headache which i can't seem to shift, plus my shoulder's really achin, and i can't seem to get comfortable!! gonna lie down on the bed in a min i think.  My family also know,but don't fully understand!! never mind!! Hopefully will feel better 2moro.  Cheers tho Wendy.

its the weather dear.i have felt really off this week.pain and fog and hust feel lousey cant stop crying i think i am still grieving for my dad.and mum has cancer and her mind is going so we are constantly down there looking after her so i think its that with me i cant stand seeing her unhappy as she hates where she lives in a complex which is horrible but she is too old to move again.we have had no sunlight to speek of this year so the dull skies are playing mary hell with our feelgood factor.
we may need to bring our little holiday foreward might make us feel better

Well guess what, i've woke up this morn with another cold, or maybe its last weeks cold, that didn't properly go away. Think thats why i felt so down yesterday!!  Horray!!! lol Sick of gettin ill all the time, my immune system is knackered!! Does anyone else with Fibro, also get ill a lot??  

Yeh Elaine Ann, my boyfriends nan has just died, from cancer, plus my boyfriends parents had their flat burnt down. Spent the last few weeks being really busy sortin stuff out, don't feel like i've had much time for myself or with me and me boyfriend. Woudn't have it any other way, but it does take its tole on u phisicaly and emotionally.
