Fdo2Fdo SDF to SHP

I trying to export an SDF file to shapefile using Fdo2Fdo API from an ASP.NET application:

F2F_CopyFdoToSHP("OSGeo.SDF.3.2", "File=MySDFFile.sdf;ReadOnly=FALSE;", "MyClass", "", "MySHPFile.shp", True, numCopied)

This function return an error with code=2.

I'm not sure that I'm using the right function and if the calling is correct.
What means error=2?
