AJAX loads fail because of slow internet connection. The website loads server-side requirements (eg. data coming from database) asynchronously, thus, would require a fair amount of bandwidth and speed from clients' side.
Most of our clients experience this during the "SEND MONEY" transaction. During this event, you will notice your screen go dim and three (3) consecutive "PLEASE WAIT..." messages appear on your screen. During this stage, data are being loaded asynchronously.
