Dear Colleagues,
The attached Terms of Reference for the engagement of SP to do SDFs across the country should be appearing in the Bulletin today.
May I please request that Provincial Managers assist us in contacting the selected Municipalities to again confirm/inform of this process. The Municipalities should indicate if they want to participate in the briefing session on the 30th October. Reports on this should reach me by Tuesday 27 October 2009.
My intention is to reach out to voluntary associations of planners (SAPI & ACTRP) with a view to them getting this information across to their members. Colleagues may therefore send this via their local associations (GISSA, SAPI, PLATO, etc) for wider publicity.
The timeframes are tight and I request your cooperation and assistance in moving ahead with this task.
Kind regards
Sunday
