I don't know that this abomination can be un-done, and I railed against it at the last Convention.
It was an over-braod MOU, and is one of the main reasons I am running for National office.
It was an ill-thought-through thing for us to sign in the first place, but I'm not sure there is any way to take it back. Having said this, this count is going to result in a ton of routes being sub-standard, the PO will be seeking an MOU to use these FSS buffer routes to re-build the sub-standards, the Board needs to tell them NO, we rebuild everybody as best we can or KISS OUR ASS.
There is jeaprody here, if the damn machines work as advertised, but I don't think they will.
