FDO builds - Visual Studio versions

Hi,

 

I got lost in Visual Studio versions and MapGuide/FDO (and AutoCAD ARX builds), need help :)

 

We build MapGuide 2.0/FDO with Visual Studio 2005 with or without service pack 1 ?

 

I think there was discussion about Studio 2008 ?
