I would consult with someone from Adesk to find out how FDO
applies to the above section of the license agreement. Maybe one of the
Adeskers can chime in here.

Keeping a copy of the FDO folder constitutes no legal or technical
difficulties.
FDO is open source and there is no technical difficulty. When you
open autocad map it reads the FDO directory to load the data providers listed
in the providers list.

version capabilities. My response is; always keep a copy of the existing in
another location in the case you need to go back to it.

default of FDO in Autocad Map... Map 2009 has installed the version 3.3.0,
could I to replace this version to 3.4.0?? Greatings.
