No, unfortunately the ArcSDE api doesn't provide access to ArcGIS domains.

Hi Samuel,

Mapguide 6.5 does not use FDO. Only MapGuide OS and MapGuide Enterprise use FDO.

Safe software FME has some mapguide connections. This page shows postgis is one of the supported formats.
It also shows that MGOS and MGent will be getting an fme connection soon.
