FDO 3.2.3 ArcSDE Provider Patch for Ticket #174

This is to announce that the FDO Open Source project team has made a patch available for the FDO 3.2.3 ArcSDE Provider. 

This patch addresses FDO Ticket #174: ArcSDE Provider: Long table names in SqlServer may cause crash (http://trac.osgeo.org/fdo/ticket/174)
