Example for Jx.ContentLoader? Or better way to display dialog to user?

Some javascript/style in this post has been disabled (why?)

Does anyone have an example for Jx.ContentLoader?  I can't get it to work.

 

Actually, I just want to display a dialog to the user and optionally get some input from the user.  Is there a better way than using Jx.Dialog and Jx.ContentLoader?
