Error in sqlite driver in winNative Grass 6.3.0

Dear GRASS user.

I am using grass windows native 6.3.0. I have done the following steps:

>> v.digit window appears
>> v.digit -n map=point_digt
>> v.digit - point_digt @user1 window appears
>> " open settings " button clicked
>> Goes to table tab -> add new column -> Name is given -> create table button clicked
>> it shows information window where massage is " driver sqliteDBMI-SQLite driver error : cannot open database : unable to open database file "

Does the path to the SQLite database contain white space (blanks)?
