An email from a valued client:
"I'm getting the message below and I can't checkout. I've also noticed that
the service fee is not shown in the invoice (see attached).
Please correct your choice of currency and payment method. It must conform
with the choice of currency and payment method supported by delivery mode
selected for the beneficiary."
REPLY:
If you are encountering this error; pls double check the following:
a. has the delivery mode been attached to the beneficiary?
b. is the limit of amount had been checked?
c. if it is a delivery bank to bank , pls email customerservice for verification otherwise you need to wait for 24 hrs for your beneficiary's bank account to be verified.
d. Please make sure prior to checking out check the invoice or print the invoice showing the right service fee if not this just imply that the process was not completed due to internet connection downtime.
