Error: Authorization failed while commit

Hi,

I moved my conf dir by mistake and moved it back...now I am unable to commit...it gives an error authorization failed...Can someone help me sort out this...I am really stuck...My users are not able to commit and unable to push file to production....Kindly kelp me.
