Eliminate Nationwide Mail Count

I would like to do away with the National mailcount all together. We have most of our volume documented on a daily basis and those figures could be used to trigger a mailcount on a case by case basis when a route has a 2 hour change predicted by the documented volumes and changes.
Never doubt that a small, group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
