Sorry for the delay but here are the details from the Editor's team
meeting that was held on 11-5-08.
Full details can be found here:
http://www.openplans.org/projects/plone-documentation/11-5-2008/Editors- if you have not updated this page with your status, please do so ASAP!
Attendees included: Israel, Matthew, Darci, JoAnna, Aleksander
We took turns updating each other per the questions in the wiki (see above).
We also discussed the following:
- Israel proposed we work on the plone.org review queue and get rid of
any outstanding docs.
- Doc team meeting needs to be scheduled to discuss items listed here:
http://www.openplans.org/projects/plone-documentation/meeting-agendas- Due to low attendance of editors at this meeting we agreed that it
would be best for all editors to edit the wiki with their status on
the 1st day of each month. All status updates will now be reported via
wiki and a reminder sent out to the doc list when things are posted.
- We discussed including doc tasks in the Plone Tune-up days and
everyone thought it was a good idea. JoAnna will work on adding tasks
to the Tune-Up queue and email doc list with tasks.
- We need co-editors for the following sections: Developing for Plone,
Configuration and Set-up, and Users, Authentication, and Permissions.
If you'd like to volunteer, please contact us immediately! We have a
lot of work to do in order to meet our deadlines!
A full transcript of the meeting in #plone-docs is attached to the
meeting minutes page (see above).
