ema should be based on delivery hours rather than miles.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT your car runs at a very slow rate for however many hours it takes you to deliver your route regardless of how many miles. Right now 2 routes with same number of street hours can be paid more than $20. difference and their costs are equal except for tire wear.
